After a comprehensive intake and a thorough musculoskeletal and/or pelvic floor assessment including movement analysis, postural assessment and strength & mobility testing, patients will receive an individualized treatment plan which will include patient education, detailed handouts, effective manual therapy, and a personalized home exercise program. Our goal is to address the root cause of your symptoms by instilling healthy, lifelong habits and properly addressing the pelvic floor or musculoskeletal dysfunction that is present. Pelvic floor physical therapy can address a variety of disorders including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain and more.

nurturing nourishment

Generalized Women's Nutrition

We recognize the importance of nutrition and how it can significantly impact a woman's health and well-being whether she is pregnant, postpartum, trying to conceive, or simply wanting to feel her best. This is why we take a holistic approach and consider not only musculoskeletal dysfunction, but  potential dietary influences as well. We believe nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach and advocate for functional lab testing to gain insight on potential  imbalances present within the body. We aim to ensure women are adequately nourished based on their individualized needs to promote healing and allow them to feel their best.

Perinatal Nutrition

A woman's nutritional status has a significant influence on her reproductive health, fetal  growth & development, breastmilk production, and more. During pregnancy, a woman experiences increased nutritional needs to support her own health as well as the development of her growing baby. In the postpartum period, a woman's needs are even greater as she now must replenish her body from the demands of pregnancy and birth to ensure proper hormone regulation as well as sufficient breastmilk production. Our goal is to ensure women are adequately nourishing themselves and meeting their particular nutritional needs, optimizing their reproductive health, nurturing a healthy pregnancy & baby, as well as promoting a positive postpartum recovery & sufficient breastmilk production.
